Salary: Up to £42,000 + Commission (OTE £80,000 - top billers over £100K)

Known for their reputation for excellence and innovation, they’re looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
• Sales Leadership: Drive sales efforts, identify new business opportunities, and expand the client base within the Industrial, Commercial, or Engineering sectors.
• Candidate Placement: Partner with the resourcing team to ensure successful placement of high-quality candidates.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends to provide strategic advice to both clients and candidates.
• Performance Targets: Meet and exceed sales and KPI targets, contributing to both personal and company success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on permanent placements.
• Strong sales acumen and a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
