We are working with a well-established Surveying practice who are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team. Our clients are a private practice with a strong brand and excellent reputation and are seeking Consultancy Surveyors to work 1 to 2 days a week, on a highly attractive 70/30 split.

Working hours:

• Flexible

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

• 70/30 Commission split
• £30,000 - £70,000 OTE dependent on work carried out

Requirements for the Residential Surveyor role:

• Carrying out Level 2 and 3 Surveys
• AssocRICS qualification
• VRS preferred

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

• Carrying out Level 2 and 3 Surveys
