Key Responsibilities:
This role is positioned within the property management team but involves collaboration with the accounts department, HR and senior leadership. The main duties include:

Overseeing a select portfolio of ultra-prime residential developments in Central London.

Directly reporting to clients and company directors, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Working alongside the service charge accounting team to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.

Coordinating with HR to manage and support on-site staff, including hiring and coverage planning.

Assisting senior team members with their portfolios and providing ad hoc support when required.
Candidate Profile:
To excel in this role, the candidate should demonstrate:

Expertise in managing premium residential properties and a strong grasp of current property legislation.

Familiarity with the high-end London property market and experience in new-build developments.

A proven ability to manage service charge budgets, cash flow, and large-scale projects such as Section 20 consultations.

A track record of ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer service to stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Proactive problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to daily tasks.
Role Duties:

Actively manage a portfolio of high-value properties, conducting regular site visits.

Prepare and oversee service charge budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of expenditures.

Manage arrears and enforce credit control measures in coordination with the accounts team.

Maintain compliance across all sites, including health and safety and operational records.

Handle major works projects, leaseholder applications, and planned maintenance.

Support the concierge and on-site teams, ensuring consistent delivery of a premium service.

Participate in broader projects such as cost analysis, contract tendering, and resource planning.
This role is office-based in Central London for a minimum of three days per week.
