Senior Construction Project Manager

Salary: Up to £100k

Project: East London, High Volume Residential Project

Project Value: £150m +

Do you know how to manage TFL as a stakeholder ? Our client is looking for a Senior PM to manage a large scale residential build. This build is close to a railway station so needs someone who knows the intricacies of TFL bureaucracy .

Responsibilities

• Oversee project from start to finish
• Manage project budget
• Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
• Managing people and materials on site

Requirements

• Experience managing projects in conjunction with Network Rail and or TFL
• 5+ years of experience
• CSCS Black Card
• NVQ Lvl 6
• First Aid and Fire Marshall qualifications preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
