Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting a Site Manager working on a refurbishment / fit out in Wandsorth, London

As a Site Manager you will be required to:

* Liaise with trades.
* Manage labour on site.
* Manage materials.
* Ensure tasks are completed on time and to required standards.
* Carry out inductions
* Follow health and safety procedures
* Open and close site

The candidate:

You will be driven, hardworking and an ability to take ownership on site to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Other requirements for the role:

* CSCS
* SMSTS.
* First Aid.
* Extensive experience on similar projects.

Duration - 9 weeks starting on Monday 10th Feb 2025 ( will be required for a few days after handover for snagging )

Working roughly 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. No weekend work

Day Rate - Negotiable
