Job Title: Site Manager - Structural Steel (Refurbishment Projects)
Location: City Centre Projects (London)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

A leading company specialising in structural steel is seeking an experienced Site Manager with expertise in refurbishment projects . The successful candidate will play a key role in managing high-value projects in the city centre , ranging from £4-8 million.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage refurbishment projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Lead a team with 2 direct reports and report to the Project Manager .
• Utilise your strong knowledge of RAMs (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and lift plans to ensure safety and compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 year's experience as a Site Manager.
• Experience managing projects valued at £2 million+ .
• A clear career path with opportunities for progression to Project Manager .
