Our client is a leading national centre of excellence for people with complex Neuro-disability. This is charity, which is  independent from the NHS but works  closely with it, to provide the best possible care for people living with neuro-disability. This is a Monday - Friday, day shift, (8-4) static role based near Putney in a client side estates team.

Within this building services mechanical maintenance role you will be working in a team of specialist maintenance engineers and be tasked with a variety of plumbing and mechanical maintenance duties. Your static maintenance role will include:

• Planed preventive maintenance
• Fault finding
• Repairs and minor installation works on all facilities, plant and equipment throughout the Estate.
• Water treatment
• Reactive plumbing
• Mechanical plant maintenance such as AHU, hot and cold water systems, BMS,  FCU, boilers

You will be reporting the the estates manager who will develop and support you within your mechanical maintenance role.

For this Static Plumbing Maintenance role, we are looking for:

• A NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds in Plumbing and Heating, or a Mechanical Engineering degree or HND
• Previous maintenance experience working in a hospital or similar environment within building services engineering
• Experience of mechanical PPMs and mechanical plant room maintenance
• Experience of water compliance, TMVs, legionella management and water systems
• Living close to Putney
