Job title - Multi Skilled Bricklayer

Location - Loughborough

Rate of Pay: £18- £21 p/hr

Hours- 37.5 hours per week- Monday to Friday

Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Bricklayer to join a team working within the Building Fabric Maintenance team across a varied site, completing reactive works for tenants. No major building work is required.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out general building and allied trades work in connection with the maintenance and minor alterations required on site.
• Carry out first & second inspections of roofs
• Undertake preventative works across the site.
• Tasks such as replacing slabs, replacing roof tiles, addressing roof leaks, cleaning gullys and repairing minor brickwork

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a similar role is essential.
• Experience of working in multi-skilled teams
• Maintenance/ Bricklayer Level 2 Qualification
