Job Role: Steel Shop Team Leader
Location: Leicester, LE11
Salary: £20.65 per hour
Shift: Nigh Shift, 7.45pm-6.00am Monday to Thursday (39hours)

The role:

The company is looking to recruit a night shift Steel Shop Team Leader / Chargehand 80% productive 20% supervision.

The candidate:

The candidate for the Steel Shop Team Leader / Chargehand should:

• Have strong experience with fabricating and welding within architectural steelwork.
• Be experienced working with tools.
• Have good leadership skills.
• Be able to enforce rules and help take charge on night shift.
• Be able to report back.
• Be experienced working closely with production team when needed.
• Be able to lead by example.

The role of the Steel Shop Team Leader / Chargehand involves :

• 80% productive 20% supervision.
• Welding and Fabricating
• Supervising a Team.
• Adhering to health and safety.
• Ensuring quality, health and safety / housekeeping standards are of the highest level.
