Overview:
We are looking for a skilled
Helpdesk Administrator
to join our dynamic team in Romford. This role offers a great opportunity to work within a fast-paced construction environment, coordinating reactive and planned electrical and mechanical maintenance. You will be integral to managing diaries, updating the Coins CAFM system, and handling administrative duties related to maintenance works. If you're an experienced administrator with a background in construction and a knack for managing multiple tasks, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate reactive and planned electrical and mechanical maintenance schedules
Manage and update the Coins CAFM system
Process engineer paperwork in a timely manner
Update clients on project progress and status
Calculate maintenance costs and process invoicing
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project completion
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in a busy construction environment is
non-negotiable
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with CAFM systems (preferably Coins)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and client management skills
