About the role of
Contracts Manager
You will be working with an established regional house builder overseeing a team on timber frame developments, based in Greater Manchester. This is a leading affordable house builder based in the North West of England, who specialise in new build housing and apartments. A lot of their work is repeat business as they work in partnership with Build to Rent Investors, Registered Providers and Local Authorities.
Responsibilities for
Contracts Manager

Support the successful operational delivery of multiple live sites to the expected standards, on time and to budget, whilst always ensuring that customer satisfaction and KPIs are achieved.

Ensuring and enforcing Health and Safety measures are in place and monitored, taking care of your team, and your customers.
Requirements for
Contracts Manager

A proven track record of delivery as a Contracts Manager within the house building or social housing sector.

Timber frame experience.
-
Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
