The role of the Junior Technical Support Engineer - Fixing Systems will involve:

• Technical Support Engineer role, dealing with a high end range of manufactured fixing systems
• Providing on site engineering support and offering consultations on how to use products
• Conduct site testing of various anchor systems
• Produce site reports to the required standard and within a timely manor
• Assisting the sales team to secure product specifications
• Liaising with project engineers to identify new opportunities for targeting clients on site
• Dealing with fixing enquiries and providing excellent technical support where required
• Assisting in the preparation of training seminars and CPD presentation
• Build and develop working relationships with contractors and engineers
• Offer technical support to clients, distributors and sales team

The ideal applicant will be Junior Technical Support Engineer - Fixing Systems with:

• Must be degree/HND level educated in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering Ideally will have technical engineering experience within the construction industry
• Ideally will have experience dealing with M&E contractors, M&E consultants, framework specialist building envelope contractor, architects, main contractors or sub-contractors
• Would consider a graduate with no working experience
• Must be technical minded and able to overcome technical queries
• Ability to learn and develop
• Commercially astute, professional, organised and a logical thinker
• Positive, professional and customer service orientated
