Seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior or Assistant Garment Technologist to join a growing & successful team.

As a Junior Garment Technologist, you will support the Senior Garment Technologist in ensuring the highest standards of product quality, fit, and technical specifications for our exciting, trend-driven collections.

As the Junior Garment Technologist:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of technical specifications for products.
• Work closely with the Senior Garment Technologist to ensure garments are fit for purpose, meeting quality standards, and manufacturing requirements.
• Support in garment fittings, taking notes, and helping to implement any necessary adjustments.
• Aid in the creation of size charts, measurement packs, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure technical accuracy and resolve any issues related to construction or fit.
• Help manage the sample process, ensuring that samples are reviewed on time and meet the required technical standards.
• Ensure that all garments are compliant with relevant regulations, standards, and sustainability practices.
• Assist with communicating any technical issues or potential improvements with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Learn and apply garment construction, fabric knowledge, and fit processes to all aspects of the role.
• Keep up to date with current trends, fabric innovations, and garment technologies to contribute fresh ideas.

What we'd love you to have:

• A degree or relevant qualification in Fashion Technology, Garment Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• A strong interest in fashion, garment construction, and technical detailing.
• Basic knowledge of garment construction and fit, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Enthusiasm and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
• A passion for working with exciting, dynamic, and trend-driven products.
