This part-time opportunity allows you to manage a diverse portfolio across residential blocks and townhouses, with the option to work 3 days per week or split those 3 days across 5 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building Management : Oversee inspections, contractor coordination, and ensure compliance across two residential blocks and 24 townhouses.
• Resident & Client Relations : Maintain excellent service standards, addressing resident needs and expectations.
• Legal & Compliance : Ensure lease terms are upheld, handle insurance matters, and manage regular risk assessments.
• Out-of-Hours Point of Contact : Provide support when required, ensuring consistent communication and problem resolution.

What You Need:

• Previous property management experience, particularly in residential block management.
• Strong organisational abilities to handle multiple priorities.
• A valid driving licence.
