Key responsibilities:

• Providing a high quality and professional service to clients
• Working on the Acturis system
• Building strong key relationships to fully understand the needs of the client and identifying the most effective cover for their risk
• Prepping documentation ahead of renewals
• Renewal meetings and handling pre-renewal in a timely manner
• Ensuring that all documentation is recorded accurately on the system
• Keeping up to date with market conditions and changes in regulatory framework
