Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Graduates Wanted - Manchester

Basic salary between £24,000 - £27,000

OTE £40,000 year one, £60,000 year two and £80,000 plus year three.

• Utilising recruitment tools and technologies to attract, screen, and qualify A- grade candidates
• Writing exceptional job adverts to attract the very best talent to existing job positions
• Forming and maintaining close relationships with your candidates and clients
• Updating internal databases by remaining consistently organised
• Communicating to all types of people in high volumes
• Working towards, hitting, and then exceeding targets by utilising sales tactics
• Respond to all communications in a timely matter to get ahead of the competition

• Confident with and an outgoing personality
• Degree educated
• Sports backgrounds are a huge advantage
