Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate professional to join their expanding sustainability team. Key Responsibilities

Developing and delivering net-zero carbon strategies and assessments (covering both operational and embodied carbon)

Leading material lifecycle assessments, including embodied carbon analysis

Conducting circularity assessments and providing environmental consultancy services

Managing sustainability assessments for frameworks like BREEAM, LEED, Ska, and the WELL Building Standard

Leading post-occupancy evaluations to improve building performance

Overseeing environmental management systems
-
Delivering NABERS assessments
Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Solid experience in sustainability consultancy within the built environment

Proven expertise in delivering BREEAM assessments

Strong knowledge of UK environmental legislation and its application to development projects

Experience in delivering assessments under LEED, Ska, or WELL Building Standard

Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders
-
Excellent written and spoken English, with experience in producing technical reports

Experience using lifecycle assessment tools like OneClick LCA
-
Experience with circularity assessments and consultancy
