Salary : £30,000 - £40,000 per annum dependant on experience

Contract : Full-time (36.25 hours per week)

Location : Remote (United Kingdom)

ESSENTIAL COMPETANCIES:

• Experience in producing Overheating TM59/Part O assessments?
• Be compeent in the use of IES for overheating analysis including TM59 and TM52
• Experience consulting on building design to comply with Part L?

AES Sustainability Consultants Ltd is an award-winning consultancy firm that works with some of the leading UK housebuilders and developers, delivering high quality energy and sustainability advice and assessments to the construction and property industries.

This role will focus on overheating assessments in accordance with the Part O regulations.

The successful candidate will be a team player with the ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and clients. Good attention to detail is essential as the role requires a high degree of precision and organisational skills. This role is fully remote with minimal travel required. All IT equipment will be provided.

Key Accountabilities:

• Producing Overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments, Part O assessments
• Active engagement with the client and project team to ensure that sustainability requirements are taken into consideration and achieved throughout the duration of the development
• Delivery of high-quality overheating and thermal comfort analysis using IES
• Thermal Modelling using IES software
• Being involved in Energy Assessments and modelling improvements
• Consult on building design to comply with Part L
• Energy and Sustainability statements for planning
