Job Title: Sales Co-Ordinator

Location: Moreton-In-Marsh

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + Commission + Benefits

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and driven Sales Co-Ordinator to join our client, a leading company in the prestigious construction industry. With a focus on high-end construction projects, our client has recently opened a brand-new showroom and is looking to expand their talented sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company, where you will play a key role in supporting the sales function and ensuring smooth operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Handling customer inquiries and managing orders
  • Maintaining and updating the sales database
  • Coordinating the preparation of quotes and sales documentation
  • Assisting with showroom management and client demonstrations
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other departments as necessary
  • Processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A keen interest in the construction or design industry would be beneficial but not essential
