Job Title: BMS Commissioning Engineer (Contract - 6 Months)
Location: Central Belt, Scotland (Multiple Sites)
Start Date: ASAP
Day Rate: £330-£370 (DOE)

We're hiring a BMS Commissioning Engineer for a 6-month contract covering multiple sites across the Central Belt . You'll be responsible for commissioning and servicing Trend and Siemens BMS systems . The role involves fault-finding, system testing, and ensuring the BMS performs to spec.

This is a site-based role. You'll need to be self-sufficient, reliable, and experienced with BMS commissioning in live environments.

We'll consider candidates from outside the area if you're happy to travel - rates will reflect that.

• Commissioning of Trend and Siemens BMS systems

• Carrying out servicing, fault-finding, and functional testing

• Making minor software adjustments and setpoint tuning

• Reporting commissioning progress and issues clearly

• Working directly with contractors, site teams, and clients

• Ensuring systems operate in line with design and performance expectations

• Hands-on experience with Trend and/or Siemens BMS commissioning

• Confident working independently across multiple sites

• Strong understanding of HVAC control principles

• Ability to read and interpret control schematics and I/O schedules

• CSCS or ECS card (preferred)

• Driving licence and own transport

• Eligible to work in the UK

• Available to start immediately or within short notice

• Length: 6 months

• Rate: £330-£370/day (depending on experience and travel)

• Location: Central Belt - on-site role, with travel between locations
