Site Manager
Civil Engineering

We are working with a principal contractor to recruit a Civil Engineering Site Manager to deliver a new scheme.

Work includes the demolition of existing building, site clearance, installation of attenuation tanks, access roads, services, foundations for 9 dwellings, drainage and landscaping.

Skills and Experience

• Strong Civil Engineering Experience including groundworks, road construction and attenuation installation
• Ability to communicate with neighbouring property owners to arrange road closures and deliveries.
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS

The scheme is anticipated to run for 3 months
