Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work effectively within a team. This role is essential for supporting various construction projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Mobilising all necessary equipment, tools, and signage to site.
• External cleaning of generator units, base fuel tanks and AdBlue tanks.
• Manual and powered preparation of surfaces (scraping, sanding, priming).
• Painting external surfaces using brushes and rollers.
• Setting up and working from access equipment, including MEWPs and scaffold towers.
• Masking of decals and signage as required.
• Adhering to strict safety standards and maintaining a clean work area throughout.
• Completing daily housekeeping and demobilisation upon completion of works.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card is essential.
• Previous experience in a labouring role
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Strong physical fitness to handle manual tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on-site.
