We’re looking for candidates with experience in:
✔ Traditional build residential schemes (housing, apartments, or mixed-use developments)
✔ Supporting or managing subcontractors on site
✔ Coordinating day-to-day site operations in line with programme and quality expectations
✔ Contributing to Health & Safety compliance and inspections
✔ Managing snagging and handover processes
Requirements:
Strong track record in residential construction
SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (essential)
Proactive, organised, and eager to progress
