Pay: Day Rate - 250-270 Umbrella

What You'll Do:
As a Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the delivery of excellent repairs and planned works . Your expertise will help us maintain high standards while ensuring our properties are safe, functional, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct t horough building inspections and assessments to identify repair and maintenance needs .
• Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to deliver high-quality works on time and within budget.
• Prepare detailed reports and specifications for repair and refurbishment projects .
• Ensure compliance with building regulations , safety standards, and best practises.
• Monitor project progress and provide solutions to challenges as they arise.
