The London Borough of Hillingdon are currently recruiting a Building Control Surveyor.

Information about the role:

• Hybrid working.
• £60hr.
• Inside IR35.
• Working with client and design teams on development projects on schemes up to Class 2F including on reversions and regularisation BC submissions.
• Checking plans submitted for Building Regulation approval on schemes up to Class 2F.
• Carrying out regular on-site technical assessments for projects up to Class 2F.
• Assessing unauthorised works and progressing enforcement actions where appropriate.
• Advising on Dangerous Structure mattes and progressing action where appropriate.
