Working for a local authority based in Nottinghamshire

Description

• You will be responsible for carrying out damp & mould treatment in social housing
• You will also be required to complete associated repairs and maintenance including basic painting/decorating repairs

Profile

• Previous experience working in a general maintenance/labouring role
• Experience undertaking mould washing would be beneficial
• You must have a valid driving license
• Good levels of customer service as work will be completed in occupied properties

Job Offer

• 3 month temporary contract
• Working Monday - Friday 37 Hours per week
• Possibility for contract extension/to become permanent
