Development Manager - Remote (with Travel) - £60,000 + £350 Car Allowance

Our client is on a mission to transform the private rental market, delivering high-quality homes and vibrant communities. As Development Manager , you’ll oversee multiple residential projects, working with developer partners and investors to ensure successful delivery from feasibility to completion.

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive professional (5+ years as a Development Manager) with a solid understanding of construction, contracts, and project management. You’ll need to be confident in negotiations, commercially astute, and able to build strong relationships.

This is a remote role with regular site visits across the Midlands and South of England, plus occasional trips to our Nottingham head office.
