Monitor contract performance and meet KPIs

Manage resources and ensure compliance

Oversee quality, safety, and environmental standards

Lead and mentor Contract Supervisors and support staff

Ensure works meet agreed specifications and standards
Requirements:

Knowledge of building maintenance and repairs
-
Trade background preferred
-
Certifications: IOSH, CSCS, SMSTS, Scaffold Management
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Clean DBS
