Project Manager (Precasting)

£40,000 - £45,000 + Remote Working + Car + Training + Progression + Benefits

Can be located: (Birmingham, Coventry, Bristol, Swindon, London, Oxford and surrounding areas)

Are you a Project Manager from a Precasting or similar background looking for a highly varied and autonomous role taking the lead on exciting construction phases / projects?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nationally-renowned business at the forefront of the construction sector offering flexible working, specialist training and a clear development plan.

This multi-million pound business specialist in the Concrete Flooring sector throughout the UK. They have rapidly expanded with a full order book throughout the Midlands / South and have further plans in place.

This is a Monday - Friday days based role from both your home and scheduled site visits. You will be response for the site surveys, planning of installation and liaising with clients on large scale projects.

This position would suit a Project Manager looking to further their skillset within a specialist field whilst also receiving a better work life balance through remote working.

The Role:

• Site Surveys, Installation Planning, Client communication.
• Pre-casting projects - pre-construction phase.
• Monday - Friday remote working / site visits.

The Person:

• Project / Site / Contract Manager.
• Pre-casting, Steelworks, Concrete industry experience.
• Located anywhere between South Coast and Midlands.
