This is a highly competitive position where you have an opportunity to earn up to 6 figures from the comfort of your own home with necessary travel to East Anglia and London areas for site visits when required. You also get the Luxury of 4:30 finish Monday to Thursday and Friday finish at 12pm, allowing you to prioritise your work life balance.
You will take on engineering and project leadership overseeing the execution of a wide array of projects, from large-scale construction and HV asset maintenance to smaller repair tasks and product support.
The responsibilities (not limited to):
Installation, commissioning and maintenance of HV equipment, electrical testing, fault finding duties
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and scope specifically for 11kV electrical systems.
Take on leadership to coordinate site work with engineers, subcontractors, and utility companies, manage job costing, material logistics, and maintain Senior Authorised Person competence.
Plan outages, create safety paperwork for HV switching, and ensure a safe working environment
What we need from you:
You must be Authorised Switching up to 11KV minimum for private networks
Recent experience working on remedial projects (commissioning, testing, maintenance, fault finding)
