As a Joiner , you will be responsible for delivering their joinery projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards, while delighting customers and colleagues with great communication skills. You will lead by example, demonstrating advanced joinery skills while managing and mentoring apprentices.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver joinery projects from inception to completion, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop apprentices, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with management and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Implement and enforce health and safety policies on site.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the company.

Experience and Requirements:

• Ideally a minimum of 6 years of solid experience in joinery.
• Possession of a valid driving licence.
• An eagerness to learn and embrace personal and professional development.
• An open, honest, and positive approach to work.
• A proactive, 'can-do' attitude that turns challenges into opportunities.
• Proven experience as a Joiner with exceptional joinery skills with a portfolio of completed projects.
• A great team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction/joinery industry.
• Relevant qualifications in joinery or carpentry

• Hourly rate between £15-£19 based on experience
