Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 3 month retail fit-out project in Perth . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and well-respected construction company with a strong pipeline of retail work across the Central Belt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to programme
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, site cleanliness, and compliance
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular progress meetings
• Liaise with the project team, client representatives, and external stakeholders
• Keep accurate site records, reports, and H&S documentations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail and fit-out projects
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred)
• Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage fast-track programmes and deliver under pressure
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Joinery background beneficial but not essential
