TQR are seeking an experienced Site Managerwith a shopfitting background to join one of our clientsgrowing teams. This is a hands on leadership role for someone with solid experience in shopfitting and a passion for delivering outstanding fit outs on time and on budget.

As Site Manager, youll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on site, working mostly in a team of 4 people ensuring shop fitouts are completed under schedule, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

What Youll Need:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in site management
• Strong background in joinery/shopfitting/Carpentry
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Proven track record of delivering fast-paced fit-outs
• SMSTS / SSSTS , CSCS , and First Aid certification (essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities:

• Manage site operations and daily activities
• Ensure compliance with H&S regulations
• Monitor progress, quality, and deadlines
• Report to Contracts Manager daily/weekly
