Requirements :

• Valid SMSTS certificate .
• Demonstrated experience managing school projects (must be evident on your CV).
• Ability to oversee a full re-roof project.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance (Concorde can assist in obtaining this).
