International Sales Consultant // £30,000 + £50-55,000 OTE // Reading

My client is a global leader in the property / real estate market, they are seeking a International Sales Consultant to join the team in driving sales across both B2B and B2C markets. You’ll work with international teams, customers, and third-party agents to develop opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing values.
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual viewings and deliver sales briefings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents across multiple communication channels.
  • Plan, organize, and implement international sales and marketing events.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and consumer code regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize performance.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities internationally .


Experience and Expertise:
  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets in international markets.
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Event Planning: Experience in organizing sales and marketing events.
  • Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in Arabic, Turkish, Mandarin, or Cantonese is advantageous.
  • Attention to Detail: Expertise in compliance, documentation, and delivering exceptional presentation standards.
  • Customer Focus: A track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
