Job Title: Construction Project Manager (25+ Years’ Experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee high-profile construction projects, with a particular focus on 7-star hotels. The ideal candidate will bring over 25 years of construction experience, including a minimum of 5 years managing large-scale projects within the GCC region. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, meeting the highest quality standards while managing costs, schedules, and teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of luxury hotel construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and international quality standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of construction from initial design and budgeting to final completion, ensuring timelines, cost controls, and safety measures are strictly adhered to.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and coordinate large, diverse teams, ensuring clear communication and problem-solving across all project phases.
  • Monitor progress against milestones and ensure timely reporting to senior leadership and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and local building codes, particularly in the GCC region; specifically Saudi Arabia.
  • Conduct risk assessments and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
  • Manage client relationships, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or modifications swiftly and effectively.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 25+ years of experience in construction project management, with proven leadership in large-scale, high-end projects in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Europe.
  • 5+ years of experience in the GCC region , with strong knowledge of local regulations, permitting processes, and regional construction challenges.
  • Extensive experience managing the construction of luxury hospitality projects , specifically 7-star hotels or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex, high-budget projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
