This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning practice who provide high quality design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an established Architectural Technician to join their team in their Romsey offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technician, you will need to have experience working within a relevant role for a UK practice on residential projects. The successful individual will need job running experience, as well as being able to demonstrate technical building regulations knowledge and AutoCAD proficiency.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Relevant degree within Architecture
• Relevant experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
• Experience working on residential and mixed-use projects
• Good technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Experience with Revit would be advantageous
• Thorough knowledge of M4 Nationally Described Space Standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Job running experience
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Live within a commutable distance to Romsey
