Reporting into the IT Project Manager, work across projects and programmes to identify business problems and opportunities. Analysing, documenting and validating requirements to then define and implement suitable IT and business solutions for the Liberty business which provides Housing Maintenance and Heating & Compliance services to a range of clients.
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst who can undertake a full end-to-end role on multiple or complex projects/programmes. You will ideally have a strong understanding of business analysis techniques and delivering methodologies such as Waterfall.
To be successful in this role you will be a collaborative and effective communicator with the ability to interact with stakeholders of all levels as well as have the skills to breakdown complex problems and manage projects through to successful completion.

What we are looking for in our ideal IT Business Analyst:
GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths & English. BCS, ISTQB, TOGAF and Lean Six Sigma experience desirable. Experience in requirements definition, process mapping, testing (SIT, UAT, Regression), data analysis, training, implementing change, business analysis techniques, delivering methodologies such as Waterfall. Working knowledge of works management, application, housing and document managements systems. Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access). Ability to work to deadlines and strong communication skills.
