Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee / manage 3 Quantity Surveyorsreportinginto the Managing Director
• Commercially managefit outprojects suchas officesand commercial builds
• Complete cost value reports,and final accounts.
• Complete / submit variations
• Ensure projects are completed within budget.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• BSc Quantity surveying.
• Strong IT skills includingMicrosoft Excel and word.
• Experience Quantity surveyinglooking to manage
• Full UK driving license.
