Salary: £45,000 plus package

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage commercial refurbishment projectsas a no1 Site Manager
• Health & Safety responsibilityincluding site inductionstoolboxtalks and site inspections
• Quality control including site walk,uploading informationandsnagging lists
• Coordinatesubcontractors and direct trades such as joiners, M&E, decorating, drylining and more
• Ensureprojects are completed on time and within budget
• Report I not a visiting Contracts Manager and provide progress reports.
