About the Role:
As Electrical Contracts Manager, youll take full ownership of multiple projects from pre-start through to final handover. Based out of Sheffield, youll oversee operations across Yorkshire and beyond. Youll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the high standards our client is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project lifecycles including cost control, planning, and quality assurance
• Lead site teams, ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and CDM regulations
• Drive client relationships through site meetings and progress reviews
• Handle commercial aspects including CVRs, forecasts, and subcontractor management

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience managing electrical contracts in commercial/industrial settings
• Knowledge of NEC contracts (incl. Early Warnings & Compensation Events)
• Up-to-date with 18th Edition Wiring Regs, SMSTS, CSCS, and Inspection & Testing (2392)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Commercially astute with a hands-on approach
