Duct Fitter – Field Service

Sheffield – Up to £30K DOE

Monday – Friday (Occasional weekday/weekend overtime)

The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Duct Fitter or a Duct Fitter's Mate to join our client's growing team. You will be working on a range of commercial projects installing, assembling, and maintaining ductwork systems/pipes to a high standard of quality and safety.

• Installation of sheet metal ductwork, supports, and associated components
• Assisting with measuring, marking, cutting, and assembling duct systems
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Ensuring all work meets industry standards and health & safety requirements
• Working effectively as part of a team to complete projects on time
• Supporting the fitter (for mate role) with lifting, positioning, and securing ductwork

Skills & Experience

• NVQ Level 2 in ductwork is a strong advantage
• Previous experience as a duct fitter or duct fitter's mate
• Ability to read and follow drawings and instructions
• Good knowledge of health & safety practices
• CSCS card is essential
• Driving licence beneficial
• Strong work ethic and reliability
