Manage all aspects of costing and budgeting in construction projects.

Conduct cost analysis and set benchmarks for project costs.

Prepare and negotiate contract terms with external contractors.

Ensure materials and works are procured at competitive prices.

Monitor project progress and keep stakeholders informed of the status.

Assess and manage risk in the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Work closely with project teams and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Profile
A successful Quantity Surveyor should have:

A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of construction procurement and contract management.

Proficiency in budgeting and cost control for construction projects.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

A comprehensive understanding of the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
Job Offer
