Health and Safety Trainer- Construction Sector
Location: Hybrid role including national travel
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum with a choice of car allowance of £6,900 per annum or a company car

Key Responsibilities for the Health and Safety Trainer:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive Health and Safety training programmes tailored to the construction sector, such as the SMSTS Course, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct face-to-face teaching and delivery in groups in a classroom setting on a variety of topics, including Health and Safety within the construction sector, focusing on site work.
• Utilise engaging instructional techniques and materials to facilitate effective learning experiences for participants.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to learners, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the training process.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through participant feedback and assessment results, implementing improvements as needed.
• Act as a subject matter expert, offering advice and guidance to colleagues and clients on Construction Health and Safety matters.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, promoting our training services and expertise.
Essential Requirements of the Health and Safety Trainer:
• Background in Construction Management
• NEBOSH Certificate or above
• Management Qualification at Level 5 or equivalent, ideal within Construction Site Management
• Teaching Award at level 3 or above is desirable
• Experience delivering Health and Safety Programmes within the Construction Sector
• Flexibility in travel and must hold a Full UK driving license
