About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Fund Management Contracts Manager to oversee and actively manage a high-value Fund Management Contract. This role focuses on implementing a robust performance monitoring system and contributing to the development of the contract specification for future procurement.
Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will operate in a hybrid work pattern, attending in-office meetings as required.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the existing Fund Management Contract, ensuring optimal performance.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive performance monitoring system.

Analyse contract operations and recommend improvements.

Assist in drafting the specification for the upcoming contract.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution.

Resolve contract disputes efficiently and effectively.

Oversee the achievement of KPIs and performance targets.
Essential Screening Criteria:

Demonstrable experience managing large contracts valued up to £1 million.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Successful track record in managing and resolving contract disputes.

Experience in drafting or contributing to contract specifications.

Evidence of successful KPI management within previous contract roles.
