Job Title: Multi-Skilled Plumber

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our team on a static site. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations. You will also assist with general building maintenance tasks as needed, including minor electrical work, carpentry, and basic construction duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipework, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, performing repairs as necessary.
• Perform basic electrical and carpentry tasks to support site maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other trades on site to ensure seamless operations and project completion.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a plumber, with multi-skilled trade expertise.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, installations, and repairs.
• Ability to perform general maintenance tasks (basic electrical, carpentry, etc.).
• Valid plumbing certification or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
