Foundation Personnel is currently seeking a Traffic Marshall for a project based in Chelmsford, Essex. The role involves controlling the flow of traffic and managing pedestrian safety around the site, helping out if needed. Our client is a reputable contracting company known for delivering a range of civil engineering and construction projects across the region. They prioritize safety and efficiency, making sure all operations run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage site traffic, ensuring safe entry and exit for vehicles.
• Safeguard pedestrian pathways and manage their movement around the site.
• Coordinate with site teams to schedule deliveries and minimize disruptions.
• Maintain clear and open communication with drivers, site personnel, and pedestrians.
• Adhere strictly to site safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid CSCS card and Traffic Marshall Ticket are essential.
• Proven experience in a similar Traffic Marshall role.
• Strong communication skills and safety awareness.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in busy environments.
• Must be able to provide 2 references.
