Your new company
You will be working as a Working Foreman for a Highways contractor who operate across the Midlands for local authority framework and private developers. With this scheme in particular you will be looking after the kerbing, ducting, drainage and footpath aspects for a road project in Stoke.

Your new role

• Supervise labour, plant, transport and equipment on site for up to 3-5 gangs. Ensuring that operations are carried out in a safe manner
• Manage and ensure all types of ground works to the required specification, standard and on time, as directed by Site Management.
• Carry out briefings to ensure teams are aware of the requirement risks.
• Having a full understanding of construction, on-site rules and regulations, works information including specification and drawings.
• As you be employed as a Working Foreman you will have supervisory duties and be working on the tools

What you'll need to succeed

• CSCS Card
• SSSTS
• First Aid
• NRSWA (Desired)
• Experience within the Highways industry as a Working Foreman
