Our client is looking for a minor works manager for the sunderland – Teeside region.

Experience essential.

Duties to inc….

* Maintaining and developing client relationships

* Collate sub contractor reports

* Liaising with design teams

* Managing internal labour resource and multiple disciplines

* Hold H&S accreditations / SMSTS / CSCS / ISOSH or similar

* Working within in a healthcare environment is desirable as to understand the protocols necessary in managing in these environments

* Familiar with programming software

* Experience in Document control systems such as View-point 4p and Field view

* Working as lead within a smaller team / liaise with commercial lead / QS in managing the specialist supply chain

Anticipated Salary in the region of £55,000 / experience dependant

Car Allowance £5,000
