The Role of Entry Level Setting Out Engineer

• Working closely with an experienced engineer
• Working safely and to HSE standards
• Attending Morning Briefing and Toolbox Talks
• Setting out work
• Using tools such as lasers, GPS and Levels
• Checking Levels and Dimensions
• Liaising with Groundworkers, foremen, subcontractors and all levels of stakeholders
• Completing all paperwork
• Learning and development

The Right Entry Level Setting Out Engineer

• HNC - Level 4 - must have
• Full UK Driving License - must have
• CSCS Card Holder
• Experience of working on construction sites
• A passion to learn and develop
• Hard working
